The snack industry has a taste problem.

Most "healthy" snacks are built backwards. They start with a health claim, then try to make it palatable. You can taste that decision in every bite — the weird aftertaste, the cardboard texture, the flavour that disappears the moment you swallow.

We start with taste. Then we work backwards to make it clean. That's a harder problem — but it's the right one to solve.

Braco Foods is an early-stage snack brand focused on low sugar, low sodium products that people actually reach for a second time. We're in R&D now, building our first product line and talking to the right manufacturing partners.

We'll be loud about what's in our products. And equally loud about what isn't.

Taste is not optional

Health credentials only matter if people actually eat it. If it doesn't taste good, the nutrition label is irrelevant. Craveable is our baseline, not our bonus.
